Full-time This role is responsible for monitoring the collections of BC partners and focusing on ensuring better collections efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in unsecured lending collections, an understanding of the NBFC sector, with a proactive outlook and excellent leadership abilities.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of collections processes, risk management, and compliance regulations for NBFCs in India.
- Excellent team leadership and partner management abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis, with an understanding of tools and metrics for collections performance.
- Ability to handle field activities, conduct partner visits, and manage escalations effectively.
- Should be open to travel extensively.
